Condo-Hotels = Standard hotel room sized units. Usually an existing hotel converted to condominium ownership. Or luxury appointed, larger units usually new construction. Onsite management (front desk) allows for daily in addition to weekly rentals. A new form of vacation home ownership that is gaining popularity.

Condominiums = One of the most popular forms of vacation home ownership. One, two, or three bedroom and one or two bath floor plans. Nice size for families but could be a little small for large groups. Lock-n-Leave convenience with little or no maintenance worries. The communities can have resort style amenities like a clubhouse, pool, and other recreational facilities. Some owners may prefer more privacy. (ie. a private pool) You may choose a rental management company to coordinate vacation rentals of your property or try to manage it yourself. (websites, friends, etc.)

Townhouses = Two or three story floor plans with three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. A nice option if a condo would be too small for your vacation group but you still want the Lock-n-Leave convenience with little or no maintenance worries. The communities can have resort style amenities like a clubhouse, pool, and other recreational facilities. Some town houses have their own private pool as well. Single Family Homes = For the most privacy and space. Four, five, or six bedrooms and three or four bathrooms. Also, most homes have a two car garage and private pool. Need to coordinate lawn and pool maintenance in your absence. You may choose a rental management company to coordinate vacation rentals of your property or try to manage it yourself.
