Broker-Owner Ray Eggermont relocated to the Englewood-Cape Haze area from Northern New Jersey. Ray became connected to the community early on during his attendance at Englewood's Lemon Bay High School. Ray then pursued a science degree in Building Construction Management.

Ray has been involved in the real estate industry since he was eighteen years old. He started into his real estate career as the assistant to one of Englewood's leading independent Broker/Owners and obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. In 2006, Ray obtained his Florida Real Estate Brokers License, the highest level of real estate licensure available in Florida. Shortly thereafter, Ray established Floridian Realty Services.

Ray has owned numerous properties in the Englewood area. His personal investment portfolio has included residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial zoned vacant land. Also, income producing rental property. Ray also puts his knowledge of Building Construction to use having built seven residential homes and undertaken two commercial projects.

Ray lives in Rotonda West to take advantage of the community's many golf courses. He has been a Rotonda resident since 1998. Ray also enjoys boating and water sports with his SeaDoo jet boat. Ray is a full time, career real estate professional having obtained advance levels of licensure and certifications. He is a good standing member of the Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. He regularly presents local market statistics to the Board of Realtor membership at quarterly meetings. Ray is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Ray also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation. The ABR is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council. Ray is a Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS) having completed advanced Florida Landlord & Tenant Act coursework. Ray is a 1031 Exchange Agent and HUD Certified in Fair Housing. Ray also is recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who.
