A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Northboro and Cape Cod (Hyannis), I spent four years (2003-2007) as a snowbird splitting my time up north and here in the Englewood-Port Charlotte area.  In 2007, I decided to sell my home up north and make my full time home here where it is so beautiful year round.

An active full time Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts for the past 25 years, I’ve had the great opportunity to work for Century 21 Eaton Associates (1983-1989) as well as own and operate my own company, The Collard Realty Group (1989-1996), and ReMax First Choice (1996-2007) receiving numerous awards along the way.

I’ve been involved in all facets of real estate from single family home sales, new construction, land sales, commercial buildings, and sales of businesses, condos, mobile/manufactured home, and rentals.  When not hard at work I enjoy playing golf and spending time at the beach.
