The Englewood area has a variety of mobile/manufactured home developments and appropriately zoned neighborhoods. The majority of manufactured homes in Englewood own their land just like a traditional home.

The neighborhoods are similar to those of site built homes but the zoning allows mobile/manufactured homes instead of site built homes.

Single wide models are homes comprised of one section. Typically, single wides may be ten to sixteen feet wide and fifty to seventy feet long with two bedrooms and one or two baths. The living area square footage is usually less than 1,000 square feet. They are well suited for second homes.

Double wide models are comprised of two sections. Typical dimensions are twenty-four to twenty-eight feet wide and forty to sixty feet long. The living area square footage of double wide homes can be from 1,000 to 1,600 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two baths. These homes can provide for a comfortable primary or second home.

Manufactured homes can also feature accessory structures such as screened porches or all season porches as well as covered carports, enclosed garages, and storage sheds.
